Summertime Naps
Did you know that you don’t have to completely fall asleep to gain the benefits of taking a nap? If you spend your power-nap duration of 20 minutes just lying on the couch with your eyes closed, your body will still effectively and safely lower it’s blood pressure. This will also reduce stress levels that your body may be experiencing.
