 2. Mung Bean Soup

– Rock sugar or honey to taste
– A handful of dried lotus seeds (optional)


  1. Rinse the mung beans and lotus seeds under cold water.
  2. In a large pot, combine the mung beans, lotus seeds (if using), and water. Bring the mixture to a boil.
